Alright, so I know I'm bound to attract people going off about cannon Monster High, and how Lagoona likes Gil, and blah blah blah... So I'll say this once:
This is not a cannon picture. It's not meant to be. I'm trying to capture the traditional monster, and I needed a normie to do so. Thank you.
She's attempting to lure/seduce him into the water so she can drown him. Yay.
